Bologna have no intention of selling reported Liverpool target Gaston Ramirez until next summer, according to the player's agent.
Ramirez has placed himself firmly in the shop window after a number of fine displays in Serie A for his current employers since joining from Penarol a year ago.
The 20-year-old has since been linked with January switch to Liverpool, which would see the winger add to the Uruguayan collective at Anfield.
Ramirez's compatriots Luis Suarez and Sebastian Coates can already be counted among Liverpool's number but, says Vincenzo D'Ippolito, he will not be moving just yet.
“I can exclude a January move,” he said. “Bologna have no intention of selling him during the campaign.
“I think that all of the negotiations, if there are any, will take place at the end of the season.
“The President simply doesn’t want to deprive the team of his services mid-season. He’s not for sale right now and I’m convinced that will be the case until June.”
Ramirez has also been linked with respective transfers to Juventus and Fiorentina.
