Vincent Kompany says Manchester City fear no-one in the Champions League following their clinical victory over Villarreal on Wednesday.
City triumphed 3-0 in El Madrigal thanks to a brace from Yaya Toure and a penalty courtesy of in-form striker Mario Balotelli.
Roberto Mancini's side now occupy second play in Champions League Group A, three points behind leaders Bayern Munich and two head of third-placed Napoli.
A cauldron of noise in Naples awaits City in their next fixture, but Kompany is confident ahead of the clash with the Italian side.
"It's a big game, but that's what you play Champions League for," said the City skipper.
"We've always thought if we do our job properly then we are as strong as anyone. We don't need to look too much at the other teams, we can win every game."
Of the win over Villarreal, he added: "We put in a good shift and did everything as we planned it.
"We didn't do anything crazy, we were patient and it paid off for us."
