Lloyd Macklin is still an injury doubt for Torquay as they prepare to face Rotherham in Saturday's npower League Two clash.

Winger Macklin has been struggling with a calf problem for the past seven days and the Torquay management have targeted next weekend's game with Shrewsbury for his potential comeback.

Meanwhile, Daniel Leadbitter still requires longer to recover from a hamstring problem. The summer signing from Newcastle has yet to make his debut for his new club but may be available for the match with the Shrews.

Otherwise manager Martin Ling has an almost fully-fit squad to choose from ahead of the top-of-the-table clash, after his players came through the 2-2 draw with Cheltenham in midweek unscathed.

Rotherham have no new injury problems as they bid to reach the top of the npower League Two table.

The Millers were denied first place after a late goal earned Accrington a draw on Tuesday and put Andy Scott's side just behind leaders Morecambe on goal difference.

Midfielder Mark Bradley has missed Rotherham's last two games with a hamstring strain and he remains a doubt.

Scott will definitely be without goalkeeper Jamie Annerson, defender Johnny Mullins and midfielder Paul Warne (all knee). The trio are long-term absentees.

Scott made just one switch against Stanley, bringing Danny Schofield back into the fray after he completed his one-match suspension, and the XI who started that game could face the Gulls.
