Borussia Dortmund midfielder Kevin Grosskreutz says he would like to move to Arsenal.

The 23-year-old has just over two years left to run on his existing deal at the Bundesliga champions and is already targeting a move to north London.

Grosskreutz was scouted by Arsenal officials last week, and impressed, scoring the winner against Olympiakos in the Champions League.

“If I do ever leave Dortmund, I would like to go to the Premier League in England, and my favourite club there is Arsenal,” Grosskreutz said.

The German international isn't the only player who Arsenal have reportedly been tracking, with fellow Dortmund player Mario Goetze also on the club's radar.

The Gunners had the chance to see both players close up when they clashed in the Champions League in September, and will be handed another opportunity to check out the pair when Jurgen Klopp's side travel to the Emirates Stadium at the end of the month.

The duo wouldn't be the first players to move between Dortmund and Arsenal, following Tomas Rosicky's move in 2006.

Rosicky's quick adaption to the pace of the Barclays Premier League bodes well for both Goetze and Grosskreutz, if they were to make the move.
