Reported Arsenal target Lukas Podolski should be plying his trade at a top European club, according to Joachim Low.
The FC Koln striker has been in fine form this season; finding the net on 10 occasions in 13 appearances for club and country.
Arsene Wenger, meanwhile, is reported to have identified Podolski as a potential January acquisition as the Arsenal boss looks to reinforce his goalscoring department.
Podolski is currently on international duty and faces increasing speculation surrounding his future amid the alleged interest of Arsenal.
And, when asked questioned about a proposed move for Podolski to the Emirates Stadium, Low merely backed the talents of his player.
"I cannot decide for him, this is a choice he must make with his family," said the Germany boss.
"But I do think that Lukas' level is of a top European club."
Meanwhile, Arsenal are also said to be planning bids for Marco Reus and Javi Garcia when the transfer window opens.
