Ajax wonderkid Christian Eriksen - a reported target for Manchester United and Chelsea - has revealed his ambition to join Barcelona.
The 19-year-old Dane is regarded as one of the most exciting young talents currently operating in European football and, thus, has been linked with numerous clubs of some repute.
Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge have been touted as potential destinations for Eriksen, as have the San Siro and Santiago Bernabeu.
According to the Daily Mail, both United and Chelsea are keen on the midfielder, who has maintained a desire to stay with Ajax in the short-term to further his education.
However, Eriksen would reject the advances of Sir Alex Ferguson and Andre Villas-Boas in order to secure a move to the Nou Camp.
"I think most footballers dream of Barcelona," he said. "We'll see what happens when the time comes to leave Ajax. Barcelona's style speaks to me very much.
"A transfer to Barcelona would be great, but I have enough challenges with Ajax. I am patient and I'm in absolutely no hurry."
