Bayern Munich have joined the race for Marco Reus, according to president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
The £15 million rated 22-year-old scored a hat-trick against Werder Bremen on Saturday to give him seven Bundesliga goals this season.
Arsenal chief scout Steve Rowley has watched Reus already this season, and according to Rummenigge Munich are also interested.
“He is one of the most interesting talents. In the long term he could have a high quality,” he said.
“The only criterion is quality," added Rummenigge. “It's not just about money but also to get appropriate guidance to your career. When you have an offer from a big club, you have to study it.”
With Robin Van Persie's future yet to be sorted, Reus could work as the ideal replacement for the Arsenal hitman.
The Dutchman has already scored 13 goals in the Premier League this season for Arsenal, and netted twice against Norwich City at the weekend.
