Motherwell winger Chris Humphrey is being tracked by a host of Premier League club, namely Newcastle United, according to skysports.com.
The Jamaican born player has been earning rave reviews in the SPL, with several clubs looking to bring him in.
The likes of Swansea City, Sunderland and Rangers sent scouts to watch the 24-year-old against Hibernian, while Newcastle Untied have also expressed an interest.
Humphrey said: "Speculation always happens, but I am not interested in speculation.
"My main focus is to do my best for Motherwell week in and week out.
"We were all really disappointed the game was abandoned on Friday as we were awful in the first half and we were looking to put on a good show in the second half."
With most of the money recouped from the sale of Andy Carroll still available, Newcastle are expected to make strides in the transfer window.
Newcastle may already have the likes of Jonas Gutierrez, Gabriel Obertan and Sylvain Marveaux in their ranks, however, with the club trying to finish in the top six and qualify for Europe, Humphrey may prove to be a welcome addition.
