Brazilian forward Robinho could be in for a shock return to the Barclays Premier League with Chelsea, according to the People.
The 27-year-old endured a torrid spell with Manchester City upon signing for the club in 2007.
But with AC Milan looking likely to sign Carlos Tevez from City, they need to offload one of their foreign stars to make room for the Argentine.
And Robinho appears to be the player who will depart, with Chelsea linked with a move for his services.
The Blues failed with a bid for Robinho in September 2008, when he instead moved to City from Real Madrid.
However, with Nicolas Anelka expected to leave in January, Chelsea are looking to bring in cover.
