Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is predicting a bright future for the Gunners, given the youthful midfield at the club's disposal.

The Welshman heads a youthful looking midfield containing the likes of Emmanuel Frimpong, Jack Wilshere, Alex Song and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

While plenty of players have been tipped for stardom at the Emirates Stadium haven't fulfilling their potential, Ramsey is adamant this core represent a positive future for the club.

“There's plenty of young talent there and we have to bond even more and gel as a team throughout the years,” Ramsey said.

“Hopefully we'll make it successful for many years.

“It's important that you have that core, that you've been together for a few years and you understand each other.

“It'll only make us stronger because you realise what to do on the pitch.”

In the absence of Wilshere, who is yet to make an appearance for Arsenal this season, Ramsey has been handed the responsibility of leading the club's midfield, and with four assists this season, the role seems to be having the desired effect on the 20-year-old.
