The agent of Napoli striker Edinson Cavani says it is flattering for his client to be linked with Chelsea, but says any potential transfer would be out of his hands.
Cavani has netted 44 goals in 63 appearances since his move to the Stadio San Paolo in the summer of last year and, thus, has been linked with a number of Europe's top clubs.
Chelsea has consistently been touted as a potential for the Uruguay international, and Andre Villas-Boas has been tipped to launch a January bid for his services.
As the transfer window edges ever closer, speculation surrounding the future of Cavani is nearing fever pitch, but the 24-year-old is committed to Napoli.
And, says Claudio Anellucci, his client is not getting distracted by the reported interest of Chelsea.
"It is a problem that concerns Napoli, but not us," Anellucci told Radio CRC when asked about Chelsea.
"These rumours are pleasing, but rumours are part of the game and the world of football. I think about the serious things and not the rumours.
"Cavani said that he is good at Napoli and so there is no reason to worry, because he has no problem to stay in Naples."
