Liverpool tracking French pair

Liverpool are keeping tabs on midfield Benjamin Corgnet and striker Jawad Boukabous, according to L'Equipe.

The 24-year-old Corgnet is reportedly keen on a move to England following interest from the Premier League.

After several reported scouting missions from Liverpool, Corgnet appears ready to leave his club Dijon.

Manager Patrice Carteron said: At the end of the season, let him go."

Furthermore, Liverpool have also expressed an interest in striker Jawad Boukabous.

The 17-year-old is a French youth team international and had previously been attracting interest from Roma.

Liverpool's transfer policy, which of late has included recruiting youth players made lead them to making a bid for the forward.
