Paris St Germain boss Carlo Ancelotti has admitted he's been handed the opportunity to sign Chelsea striker Fernando Torres this month.

The two-time European Cup winner signed Torres for £50 million last January, but having netted just five goals since his arrival from Liverpool, The Blues are yet to the best from the Spanish international.

Rumours had circulated last month the 27-year-old could make a sensational return to Anfield, but while those claims were later refuted, Ancelotti has revealed the west Londoners are looking to offload the big money purchase.

"There is a lot of choice for this January market," Ancelotti said.

"Do you want the names? Ok, now I tell you the players the agents are offering on the market, officially or not: Tevez, Torres, Berbatov, [Roman] Pavlyuchenko, [Edinson] Cavani, [Fernando] Llorente."

Following Qatar Investment Authority's summer takeover, PSG have wasted little time investing in their squad, with €39.8 million having been shelled out on Javier Pastore, while the club have since been linked with a move for David Beckham.

Despite taking PSG to the top of Ligue 1 at Christmas, manager Antoine Kombouaré was sacked at the end of the year, to be replaced by Ancelotti, who left Chelsea in the summer after failing to win a trophy last season.
