Manchester City v Blackburn Rovers
Barclays Premier League
Saturday, February 24. Kick-off: 1730
Manchester City can boast a fully fit squad, and Roberto Mancini could even call on recently returned Carlos Tevez should he wish.
Micah Richards suffered a knock during Thursday's defeat of Porto but has been passed fit to play, although Pablo Zabaleta could deputise should Mancini decide not to risk the full-back.
Steve Kean has issues at full-back with Gael Givet still suspended and Michel Salgado out with a rib injury.
Blackburn midfielder Jason Lowe is also suspended after receiving his 10th booking of the season.
Richards happy to have Tevez back
Micah Richards is delighted to welcome Carlos Tevez back to Manchester City, although admits the club's fans may take longer to warm to the Argentine striker.
Tevez has not featured for City since he was suspended by the club after refusing to warm up against Bayern Munich last September at the Allianz Arena.
The 28-year-old had attempted to engineer a move away from the Etihad Stadium, but is now back in training after failing to seal a transfer during the January transfer window.
Tevez has now patched things up with Roberto Mancini and has displayed some contrition by also apologising to fans for his behaviour.
And Richards believes supporters will be split regarding their feelings towards City's former captain.
"It is hard - it will be 50-50," said Richards, according to skysports.com.
"If he can get his head down and we end up winning the Premier League and he plays a massive part in that, I am sure everyone will forgive him.
"If he doesn't, it could be the opposite. It is mixed feelings [for fans] really, but as a player I am happy to have him back because he is an outstanding player."
