Scotland boss Craig Levein has handed Richard Foster a late call-up to the squad to face Slovenia on Wednesday night, the Scottish Football Association have confirmed.
The Bristol City defender replaces Aston Villa full-back Alan Hutton who suffered a hamstring injury. Foster, 26, is the second addition to Levein's original squad for the game in Koper.
Celtic skipper Scott Brown called off with a groin injury on Sunday followed by Blackpool winger Matt Phillips (hamstring) and Sunderland full-back Phil Bardsley (suspected tear in his calf) with Wigan midfielder James McArthur added.
