Barcelona will make a move for Chelsea youngster Ruben Loftus-Cheek, according to The Mirror.
The 16-year-old scored for England schoolboys against Wales last year, and has attracted the interest of Barca, who went to scout the youngster.
It's understood that both Manchester City and Manchester United are also keeping an eye on Loftus-Cheek.
The Academy star is yet to sign terms with Chelsea, and Barca are hoping to bite back following a succession of players being snapped up by Premier League clubs.
The likes of Cesc Fabregas and Oriol Romeu have moved from the Nou Camp to the Premier League in the past.
Fabregas was sold back to the Catalans during the summer, while Roemu is thought to have a clause in his contract allowing Barca to bring him back either this summer, or in 12 months time.
The Spaniard has been a bright spark in an otherwise disappointing season for Chelsea, who under Andre Villas-Boas have struggled to keep pace not only in the title race, but in the race for the fourth Champions League spot.
