Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has insisted he is happy with life at the Santiago Bernabeu, despite supposed interest in his signature from Manchester United and Manchester City.
The 27-year-old has been in fine form this season, but was reported to have been growing dismayed by the treatment he was receiving from some Real fans.
According to the Daily Mail, Sir Alex Ferguson has been keen to offer Ronaldo the chance to return to Old Trafford, while Roberto Mancini has also been monitoring the situation of the Portuguese.
However, Ronaldo believes his future is with Los Blancos, and claims to be content with life in Madrid.
"I’m always growing, season after season," Ronaldo said, according to the Daily Mail.
"At Real Madrid I always have to improve to compete with my peers.
"For me it is amazing. I’m always learning and I want to continue. I am very happy."
Ronaldo has scored 126 goals in 127 appearances for Real since joining the club from Manchester United in 2009 for a world record fee of £80 million.
His tally for this season stands at 40 in 38 matches, and he will have the opportunity to further add to this when Real take on CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Wednesday evening.
