O'Hara: I came back to quickly

Wolves midfielder Jamie O'Hara has revealed he will not attempt to return to action until he has fully recovered from his long-standing groin problem.

O'Hara underwent surgery in December and has required pain-killing injections to play since his return to action last month. The former Tottenham player admitted he has been unable to do himself justice and will now ensure he is fully recovered.

O'Hara said on Twitter: "Since I've come back from it (the injury), I've had to have injections for games and haven't been able to train. I haven't been able to play at the levels I expect from myself so I've decided until I'm 100 per cent in my groins then I'll be out."
