Paul Robinson insists a change in manager will not tempt him to come out of international retirement.

The Blackburn goalkeeper was consistently overlooked by Fabio Capello and called time on his England career in 2010, three years after he won the last of his 41 caps in a Euro 2008 qualifying defeat by Russia.

The 32-year-old believes his good form this season can be partly attributed to no longer playing for his country, and he told various newspapers: "International retirement has helped me as a person and as a player. I've been out of that for a while now and it has helped me enjoy my football."
