St Johnstone boss Steve Lomas claimed his team's 1-0 win over Inverness in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League on Wednesday night could have been more emphatic.

Francisco Sandaza's 40th-minute penalty secured victory for the visitors, who moved up to fourth in the Scottish Premier League table. The win made it six games unbeaten for St Johnstone as they strengthened their bid for European football next season.

Lomas said: "We rode our luck a bit early on, although the chances they had were more coming from our mistakes."
