Trabzonspor insist they have no intention of selling Arsenal target Burak Yilmaz in the summer, reports talkSPORT.

Arsene Wenger is a keen admirer of the Turkish star and wants to bolster his attacking options by bringing Yilmaz to Emirates Stadium at the end of the season.

The 26-year-old has attracted interest from a host of top European clubs with an impressive 31 goals in just 28 appearances this term.

Fulham are also reported to be monitoring his situation but Trabzonspor president Sadri Sener has told potential suitors to forget about signing the striker.

"We are not negotiating his transfer to any club," said Sener on Turkish TV. "He is our player and will not leave here."

Arsenal have already all-but secured the signing of German international Lukas Podolski in an £11million deal from Bundesliga side Cologne.

Wenger wants to overhaul his frontline in the summer and is set to offload mis-firing duo Marouane Chamakh and Park Ju-Young, seeing Yilmaz as an ideal replacement.
