We want trophies - Heynckes

Published Add your comment

Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes has warned that his side have not yet achieved anything, despite breezing into the Champions League semi-finals with a 4-0 aggregate victory over Marseille.

A 2-0 win at the Allianz Arena kept the Bavarians on course for the final in their own stadium, but Heynckes says all of his side's good work could still easily go to waste.

"I told my team that the (German) Cup final, the chance to win the Bundesliga and reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League are all great successes, but we want to have trophies in our hands at the end of the season," he said.
