Wigan moved five points clear of the relegation zone last night after a shock win at the Emirates Stadium, leaving Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger fuming.

The Gunners were two goals down within the first ten minutes of the game, with defeat meaning their lead over fourth placed Spurs remains five points.

Wenger last night also confirmed Jack Wilshere is out for the rest of the season, with the midfielder set to miss both Euro 2012 and the Olympics.

Elsewhere, Andy Carroll has said he believes he is finally starting to find his feet at Anfield after scoring match winning goals in his last two games.
