Roberto di Matteo hailed an impressive 'collective performance' from his team last night, after Chelsea beat Barcelona 1-0 in the Champions League semi-final first leg clash.

Didier Drogba scored the winner in first half injury time, with the Blues producing a solid defensive display to keep the Catalans at bay in the second half.

Barcelona manager Pep Guardiola admitted his side struggled to find away through the Chelsea rearguard and score at Stamford Bridge.

Barca missed a number of good chances, with Guardiola warning his side they must take their chances next Tuesday if they are to reach the final.
