Roy Hodgson looks set to be named as the new England manager with the Football Association interviewing the West Brom coach later today.

The former Liverpool manager is expected to be appointed within days on a long-term basis that would see Hodgson in charge until at least Euro 2016.

FA chairman David Bernstein made it clear Hogson was "the only manager" approached, with Harry Redknapp previously the favourite for the role.

Chelsea have confirmed that the club have agreed a deal with Werder Bremen to sign German international midfielder Marko Marin this summer. (BBC Sport)
