The agent of Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic has denied he has been approached by Juventus regarding a possible summer move to Turin for his client.
Vidic has been out of action since December after suffering anterior cruciate ligament damage in United's defeat to Basel at St Jakob-Park.
The 30-year-old is expected to be back in action for the Old Trafford side in pre-season after an extended period of recuperation, although reports have claimed he could join Juventus this summer.
However, Vidic's representative Silvano Martina says there is no truth in speculation linking the Serbia international with a move to Juventus Stadium, while he does not envisage a transfer to Italy would be possible.
"Vidic is still out with a cruciate ligament injury," Silvano Martina told tuttomercatoweb.com.
"A future in Italy? You have to consider that he has a non-EU passport and that would make it difficult for him to arrive in Serie A.
"I can assure you that I have never spoken with Juventus about Nemanja."
Vidic was also linked with Juve before he joined Manchester United in 2006, but decided to move to Old Trafford from Spartak Moscow.
Since then, Vidic has made 243 appearances for United; winning nine major honours during his time with the club.
