Sochaux midfielder Marvin Martin will reject the advances of Arsenal in order to secure a summer move to Lille, it has been claimed.
Martin has enjoyed another fine season on a personal level at the Stade Auguste Bonal, but may not be able to prevent Sochaux from dropping out of Ligue 1.
The 24-year-old France international is likely to have no shortage of suitors come the end of the season, and last year's champions Lille have reportedly already made a move for capture his signature.
According to talkSPORT, Arsenal and Valencia are both also keen to sign Martin, but he is set to favour a switch to another French team rather than move abroad.
Lille are said to already be at an advanced stage in their negotiations with Sochaux regarding the acquisition of Martin, who has been identified as a replacement for Eden Hazard.
Arsenal have also been linked with Hazard in the past, and the Belgian forward is seemingly destined to leave the Stade Lille-Metropole this summer.
The Premier League appears to be the most likely destination for Hazard, although he will seemingly move to either Manchester City or Manchester United, rather than Arsenal.
