Milos Krasic’s agent has confirmed his client will leave Juventus at the end of the season – but says he has no contact from either Liverpool or Tottenham over a potential move for the Serbian international.
Krasic has fallen out of favour with Juventus boss Antonio Conte this season and hasn’t featured for the Turin-based club since January, making just seven appearances as they claimed their fist Serie A title since 2003.
Tottenham were close to agreeing a deal for the 27-year-old during the January transfer window but were unable to get the deal done, with the Lilywhites expected to go back in for the former CSKA Moscow winger at the end of the season.
Liverpool are now in the race for Krasic’s signature as they look for a long-term solution to their problems on the right-wing, a position that has been filled at various times this season by Dirk Kuyt and Jordan Henderson.
Now Krasic’s agent Dejan Joksimovic has revealed that his client will leave Italy, but says a move to either Spurs or Liverpool is far from certain.
"It is certain that he will leave Juventus," Dejan Joksimovic told Tuttomercatoweb. "He wants to leave, he has not been playing regularly and because of this his spell in Turin is over.
"His time in Italy has come to an end, and he is ready to go to another country.
"Tottenham or Liverpool? There is not a specific side who want to sign him. But believe me, he has a lot of clubs interested in him."
Chelsea have preciously been linked with Krasic, but it appears as though the race for his signature will be a straight shootout between Spurs and Liverpool.
