Liverpool sunk by Swans

Danny Graham netted a late winner as Swansea overcame a lacklustre Liverpool 1-0 to finish a fine Barclays Premier League season on a high.

Andy Carroll had gone close to breaking the deadlock early in the second half when he hit an overhead kick which Michel Worm saved well to ensure he kept a 14th clean sheet of the Barclays Premier League season.

Swansea's Gylfi Sigurdsson had seen his first-half free-kick turned round the post by Alexander Doni but the Brazilian had no answer to Graham's neat late finish.
