John Terry and Raul Meireles put their Champions League final agony aside as Chelsea warmed up for Saturday's final by winning their last Barclays Premier League game of the season - 2-1 against Blackburn.

Terry and Meireles - who are suspended for next weekend's clash with Bayern Munich - both found the net within three first-half minutes against already-relegated Blackburn.

Ayegbeni Yakubu's 18th goal of the season halved the deficit, the Nigerian glancing home Scott Dann's header from a Morten Gamst Pedersen corner.
