McLeish set to leave Villa

Aston Villa manager Alex McLeish is set to be relieved of his duties after one season in charge, Press Association Sport understands.

McLeish is understood to have already said goodbye to his backroom staff at the club's Bodymoor Heath training complex.

Villa are set to formally confirm McLeish's departure via a club statement later today.
