Manchester City, Juventus and Wolfsburg have all expressed an interest in Bologna playmaker Gaston Ramirez, according to FIFA agent Pablo Betancourt.
Sky Sports reports how the 21-year-old scored eight goals in 33 league appearances for the Serie A outfit this season, to attract interest from a host of top European clubs.
Ramirez is under contract at Bologna until 2016, but that is unlikely to deter Citizens boss Roberto Mancini from attempting to lure the Uruguayan international to the Etihad Stadium this summer.
"I can confirm that Juventus and Manchester City have contacted me to show an interest [in Ramirez]," Betancourt told calciomercato.com. "But there is especially an interesting offer from Wolfsburg and also another one from an important Spanish club.
"I think, considering all the offers, the possibility that he could leave (this summer) could happen. I would like to point out that there are several agents working on the player but from 1st June, I will have his exclusive rights."
After claiming their first Premier League title, City are looking to further strengthen in a bid to retain their domestic crown next year, whilst also making further inroads on the European stage in the Champions League.
Mancini has been linked with a number of different players already this summer, but so far appears to be keeping his transfer cards close to his chest.
However, if City are serious about signing the South American star, they will have to move quickly in order to see of interest from rival clubs.
