Frank Lampard says he has no plans to retire from international football after Euro 2012 as he faces being ruled out of this summer's tournament.
The 33-year-old set for a scan on a thigh injury, with Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson told by the FA he could take Lampard's place this week.
