Return to England makes Mido happy

Mido is glad to be back in English football after signing for npower Championship club Barnsley.

The Egyptian striker, who has played for Tottenham and Middlesbrough and also spent time on loan with Wigan and West Ham, has put pen to paper on a two-year deal at Oakwell.

Mido told Sky Sports News: "I came last week to meet the manager and I liked what he said to me, he spoke with passion about his plans here and hopefully me coming here will help them. But Barnsley is an important step in my career too and hopefully I can do well here."
