Steele wants Olympic gold

Published Add your comment

Middlesbrough keeper Jason Steele has set his sights on returning to his club for the start of the new season with an Olympic gold medal.

The 21-year-old has been named in Stuart Pearce's 18-man Great Britain squad for the football tournament at London 2012, and has no intention of going along simply for the experience.

"I think you've got to go into it aiming for the gold medal," Steele told Boro's official website www.mfc.co.uk.
