Andre Villas-Boas has admitted Luka Modric is likely to leave Tottenham this summer, with Real Madrid linked with the Croatian playmaker.

Modric has also been linked with Manchester United and Chelsea - but Real Madrid are thought to be the frontrunners to sign the Croatian.

Arsenal scout Giles Grimandi has admitted new signing Olivier Giroud was signed to potentially compensate for Robin van Persie's departure.
