England manager Roy Hodgson has made three late call-ups to his Three Lions squad ahead of Tuesday's World Cup qualifier against Ukraine at Wembley.

Arsenal winger Theo Walcott has returned to north London with an illness, while Chelsea forward Daniel Sturridge was forced to sit out of training due to stomach cramps.

However, the England medical team are still hopeful Sturridge will be available for tomorrow's encounter.

The pair join Andy Carroll, Ashley Cole and John Terry on a growing injury list following the impressive 5-0 away victory over Moldova on Friday evening.

Having lost five players from his initial squad, Hodgson has called upon Liverpool youngster Raheem Sterling, Tottenham midfielder Jake Livermore, and Southampton's Adam Lallana.

All three players will link-up with the squad today and take their place on the England bench tomorrow evening.
