Chelsea captain John Terry is expected to be fit to face Juventus as the Blues begin the defence of their Champions League trophy at Stamford Bridge.
The defending champions host the Italian title winners as Group E gets underway. Terry picked up a knee injury in the final minutes of Saturday's 0-0 draw at QPR but the England defender trained on Tuesday.
John Obi Mikel should also play after recovering from a back injury, while Spain international Juan Mata is likely to return having missed the match at Loftus Road.
Serie A winners Juventus have made no changes from the 23-man squad which beat Genoa on Sunday as the Turin club stretched their unbeaten run to 42 games.
Chelsea face Juventus at 19:45 this evening at Stamford Bridge
Manchester United v Galatasaray
Patrice Evra is ready to return to the Manchester United starting XI having missed United's 4-0 victory over Wigan.
Alexander Buttner deputised for the Frenchman and scored, but Evra is set to resume his role at left-back for the visit of Galatasaray.
£24m signing Robin van Persie dropped to the bench for the Wigan game, but is likely to take his place in the first team lineup tonight, as is Shinji Kagawa.
Darren Fletcher, who has missed almost a year of football, could return having completed 90 minutes for the reserves earlier in the week.
United's Turkish opponents will be without defenders Tomas Ujfalusi and Sabri Sarioglu.
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson reveals Robin van Persie and Shinji Kagawa will be key to his side's progress this season.
"Robin has the experience of playing in Europe with Arsenal," said Ferguson. "Shinji is that kind of player who will thrive in Europe, where possession is key."
Kick off at Old Trafford is 19:45 tonight.
