Chelsea trial Swedish starlet

Chelsea have been casting their eye over Swedish starlet Ihan Naser, reports SkySports.com.

The 15-year-old forward, who hails from Gunnilses IF in his homeland, has enjoyed a recent trial in west London.

Blues boss Roberto Di Matteo is overseeing a new transfer policy at Stamford Bridge, which has an emphasis placed on bringing in bright up-and-coming talent, with half an eye on the future.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has already made his intentions clear to capitalise on the club's Champions League success in May, by funding a complete overhaul of the senior squad.

Eden Hazard's £32million arrival prompted a raft of transfer activity, with an exciting quartet of attack-minded players - Marko Marin, Oscar and Victor Moses - all signed before the close of the transfer window.

And, it appears that the club's recruitment drive is not over yet, after Naser spoke of his delight at the chance to spend time with the European champions.

"It was fun to train with such a big team like Chelsea," he told Fotbolltransfers. "It went well for me, I played a match against Crystal Palace and scored a goal."
