AC Milan’s ‘new Cristiano Ronaldo’ has been showing Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City and Arsenal what they are missing.

The likes of Arsene Wenger and Roberto Mancini were reportedly desperate to sign 14-year-old Hachim Mastour from Reggiana this summer, but the Rossoneri won out in the end with a reported €500,000 bid.

Mastour was born to Moroccan parents, but has already represented the Azzuri at schoolboy level and calciomercato.com have gone so far as to claim he should be labelled the ‘nuovo Cristiano Ronaldo’.

Footage has emerged of Mastour making his debut for Milan’s academy and you can see why teams such as Arsenal and City were queuing up to sign him, and why Barcelona were ready with a place at their world-renowned La Masia academy.
