Andre Villas-Boas brushed off Didier Deschamps' latest barb over Hugo Lloris after the Tottenham goalkeeper made his first high-profile error in Thursday night's 3-1 victory over Maribor.
Deschamps renewed his attack on Villas-Boas, claiming Lloris was losing his sharpness after being used in a rotation system with Spurs number one Brad Friedel. The France head coach had twice previously questioned the wisdom of Lloris' decision to swap Lyon, where he was guaranteed first pick, for Tottenham.
When asked how he felt about Deschamps' constant commenting on his goalkeeper, Villas-Boas pointed to his head and said: "It goes in one ear and comes out the other."
