In tribute to the best of the action, GiveMeFootball brings you five of the best Premier League goals of the weekend…

Nikica Jelavic | Everton

Marouane Fellaini provides an exquisite 'round the corner' assist, for Everton poacher Jelavic, who rarely misses from six yards out!

Andreas Weimann | Aston Villa

After Chris Smalling bounces off the imposing frame of Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke, the Belgian forward lays back for Weimann to hammer home from the edge of the box.

Javier Hernandez | Manchester United

Paul Scholes, in the centre circle, set Hernandez scampering clear down the inside-right channel, the ball became caught under his feet in the box but in a flash it was out again and rolling beyond Brad Guzan and into the back of the net.

John Terry | Chelsea

The Chelsea captain was give too much space in the Liverpool box, and diverted a thumping header past Brad Jones, into the top corner.

Sergio Aguero | Manchester City

City were fortunate that the ball found its way to Aguero on the right of the box, but there was nothing lucky about his finish, with the Argentine turning inside Steven Caulker before slotting cooly past the helpless Brad Friedel.
