Carlos Tevez unveiled an arresting new goal celebration as Manchester City raced to the top of the Premier League table with an emphatic 5-0 victory over Aston Villa, reports the Daily Mail.

The Argentine striker netted his first brace of the season as City overcame a sluggish start to stretch their unbeaten home run to 36 games.

Tevez scored his side's third and fifth goals at the Etihad Stadium, and celebrated on both occasions by poking fun at having his £100,000 Porsche towed away by police last week.

The 28-year-old was left stranded on Thursday when he was pulled over on suspicion of not holding a valid UK driving licence, and was forced to watch on as police loaded his car on to the back of a tow-truck.

He was later collected by his wife, after being caught driving with an international licence, despite being told 12 months ago that he need to change it for a valid UK licence.

Manchester City
officials are helping Tevez with the necessary paperwork, but in the meantime his car has been impounded.
