Former Manchester United midfielder and Kenny Morgans has died at the age of 73, the Barclays Premier League club have confirmed on their official website.
Morgans, a survivor of the United team involved in the infamous Munich air disaster in 1958, was taken ill on Saturday evening and passed away in hospital.
The Welshman made a full recovery from his injuries sustained in Germany and resumed his playing career, where he swapped Old Trafford for Swansea in 1961 having made 23 first-team appearances for the Red Devils.
