Zlatan Ibrahimovic has urged David Beckham to snub offers from the Premier League and join him at Paris Saint-Germain.
Beckham will end his five year association with LA Galaxy next month after the MLS Cup final, and has been linked with a move to China and Australia, along with a switch to France.
The former England captain came close to joining PSG last January and reports suggest once more that he could soon make the move to the Parc des Princes.
However new QPR boss Harry Redknapp has admitted he would be keen on taking the 37-year-old to Loftus Road, raising hopes he may be about to return to the Premier League for the first time since his left Manchester United in 2003.
But Ibrahimovic is eager to see the midfielder swap LA for Paris rather than London, and says he can add more silverware to his trophy cabinet if he joins Carlo Ancelotti’s team.
"I am sure there will be many offers for him from clubs all over the world, but it is a very exciting project here in Paris and if he still wants more trophies then this is the right club for him to join,” he said.
"We can win the Champions League over the next two seasons with the team that is being built."
Ibrahimovic was on the scoresheet twice on Saturday as PSG claimed top spot in Ligue 1 with a comfortable 4-0 win over Troyes.
