Rafa Benitez is set to react to failing to his Chelsea side failing to score during his first two games in charge by dropping Brazilian attacker Oscar for the Blues' game against West Ham tomorrow.

Benitez was an unpopular choice of replacement for Roberto di Matteo, who as sacked last week, and risks alienating himself further from the Stamford Bridge faithful by dropping one of the club's best flair players.

According to the Daily Mail, the talented young Brazilian will make way for summer signing Victor Moses in what is being billed as an attempt by Benitez to rotate his squad ahead of their crucial Champions League showdown against Nordsjaelland next week.

The decision may also have been affected by the physicality of West Ham, who are expected to provide a stern test for the west London club.

Despite failing to score in the Premier League since October, Fernando Torres is expected to keep his place in the starting line up.

Chelsea are winless in the Premier League since their 4-2 victory over Tottenham in October, and under Benitez have so far drawn 0-0 twice, against Manchester City and Fulham.
