Arsene Wenger will be hoping for some home comforts as his Arsenal side face Swansea City in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

The Gunners last home game in the league was the 5-2 thrashing of fierce rivals Tottenham Hotspur, but the momentum from that win has not materialised as it did last season.

A dismal and disappointing goalless draw with Aston Villa last weekend followed, before a hard-fought point at Everton on Wednesday left them three points behind Spurs.

Wenger has some injury concerns ahead of the game as both Bacary Sagna and Theo Walcott picked up slight knocks in the clash at Goodison Park, while Lukas Podolski may not have recovered from the virus that kept him out of that game.

This being Arsenal’s fifth game in two weeks, Wenger was likely to make some changes at Emirates Stadium to ease some weary legs and significant changes to the side at Everton are expected.

One change will be enforced on Wenger as centre-back Laurent Koscielny had to be substituted early in that game after picking up a groin strain and is set to be out until Christmas.

However, the return of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Gervinho from injury gives the Frenchman more options on the flanks.

Here is the predicted line-up for the clash with Swansea.

Szczesny; Jenkinson, Mertesacker, Vermaelen, Gibbs; Arteta, Wilshere, Cazorla; Gervinho, Podolski, Giroud.
