Enrique not taking Europa League lightly

Liverpool defender Jose Enrique insists the Europa League is a competition worth fighting for and an early exit would be a major blow.

A draw against Udinese at the Stadio Friuli tonight could be enough to see the Reds advance to the last 32, should it match Young Boys' result at home to Anzhi. Defeat, however, would send Liverpool out regardless of what the Swiss team do.

"I want to play in the Europa League. It is not a 'funny' competition - it is a privilege and in my opinion everyone wants to play," Enrique told Press Association Sport.
