Portsmouth veteran Linvoy Primus will train at David Beckham´s Los Angeles Galaxy as he completes his rehabilitation from knee surgery.

The 34-year-old defender will have the use of the Major League Soccer club´s facilities after taking up an offer to link up with former Pompey masseur Chris Neville, who now works for the Galaxy.

The popular former Reading and Barnet centre-half said: "I´m going out to Los Angeles to get a good week´s work under my belt. There´s no problem with the knee. It´s just a nice place to go to focus on getting it completely right."
