Hill wants players to deliver promotion

Published Add your comment

Rochdale boss Keith Hill has urged his players to write a new chapter in the club´s history by beating Stockport in the Coca-Cola League Two play-off final at Wembley on Monday.

Dale hold the unwanted title of being the club with the longest unbroken run in the bottom tier of the Football League after 34 years in the division.

But Hill doesn´t feel that adds any pressure to the occasion and said: "I haven´t got an association with the history of the club and we´re just trying to create history."
